CSEA Local 425 - Committees

LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

Our Labor Management Committee meets on the first Tuesday of each month. The purpose of this meeting is to try to settle differences. In our monthly meetings if the Team Leader or other designee disagree with an outcome, this is taken to Labor Management to resolve. If it cannot be agreed upon on this level, it can then be taken to Statewide Labor Management.

All Labor Management Meetings are distributed to each home when a meeting is held. A book should be kept in each home with all Labor Management Meeting Minutes.
