The Buffalo / Niagara Workforce Development Center offers a variety of training options. Locals who have a need to have their member's skills upgraded can write an RFP to fund training tailored to that local's specific need. We also offer many generic courses open to the general public. The Buffalo / Niagara Workforce Development Center is one of six sites across New York States whose purpose is to establish, maintain and support technical training and education for members of the affiliated unions, their families and members of the community
